Lola’s Paddock Shiraz is made by the masterful, multi gold award winner Jo Irvine at her winery, Lévrier in the Barossa Valley. Bright yet deep in colour, this Shiraz starts with wild berry and fine French Oak aromas lifting from the glass. It is matured in fine French Oak and created to be intense in flavour, yet soft and approachable upon release. The palate is an ensemble of rich, ripe, gathered black fruits, with elements of mixed savory spice, continuing to impress in succulent ways. Silken tannins create the perfect finish.
